Earlier this year, Right Dose hosted its first annual nursing conference, “Progress, Process, Prescriptions.” Coordinated by account manager Carol Hillebrand, the conference hosted more than 40 nurses from the long-term care and behavioral health sectors in Iowa. Discussion topics included technology in pharmacy, drug regimen reviews, caregiver burnout and leadership. The free conference included spokespeople from the local pharmacy team as well as our corporate partner, Guardian Pharmacy Services. CEU credits were available for those in attendance
Participants were invited to attend a vendor fair and lunch at Right Dose, Ankeny, which included a tour of our newest Right Dose facility. Guests were able to observe the pharmacy process first-hand and had the opportunity to meet our staff.
