Everyday the pharmacists and techs at Right Dose are modifying our protective measures for the safety of our employees and our partners. While all pharmacy staff is working in masks and gloves, we have put more stringent protections in place when assisting homes that have confirmed cases of COVID-19. We have asked all of our partners to notify us when a confirmed case occurs in their facility, after which we strictly limit returns of medications until the facility has been removed from COVID-19-positive status. If we do need to pick up returns or exchange e-kits, we quarantine those items at the pharmacy upon their arrival.
